Product Availability:
While our on-hand stock is extensive, sometimes we will be out of stock of a particular item. We will always contact you if any product in your order is to be backordered longer than 5 days. We will only ship partial orders after notifying the customer. If we can fill the remainder of the order within 5 business days we will ship the partial order immediately and indicate any backorder items on your packing list. Any additional shipping costs for backorder items will not be charged to our customers.

Shipping Policy:
RC4less does not ship on Sunday. Saturday shipments are by Priority Mail only. All Shipments are subject to stock availability. Priority Mail is our normal shipping method. FedEx / UPS 2nd Day and Next Day are also available at additional costs. Shipping charges are displayed in the checkout process. Customers make their shipping selection at the time they finalize their order. If you have a "MUST HAVE" deadline for your order please indicate this in the "SPECIAL MESSAGES" box at the check out page. EXAMPLE: Next Day Air shipping does not mean if you place your order on Monday you will receive it on Tuesday. Our goal is to ship each order out within 2 days of receipt, using the shipping method each customer selects.

Payment Options:
RC4less accepts PAYPAL, Master Card, VISA, American Express and Discover over our secure server. Charges to your credit card are only made after your order is shipped. We also accept US Postal Money Orders. For money order payments, print a copy of your invoice and mail to the address indicated. When we receive your U.S. Postal Money Order we will ship immediately. Make all money orders payable to Bruce Triplett.

Sales Taxes:
The current tax regulations require us collect sales tax on any shipments to addresses within the state of Georgia. Shipments to other states are free from sales tax.

International Sales:
RC4less can ship worldwide however your payment must be in US funds through your credit card. Shipping costs are carrier calculated based on your country and the weight of the shipment. Our normal overseas shipping method is US Postal International Priority Mail. We also can ship via US Postal Express Mail Service (EMS). If you are interested in international shipment rates before you order please contact us via email mailto:rc4less@hotmail.com and we will work try to with you on the shipping costs and logistics.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with a particular product, contact us via email at mailto:rc4less@hotmail.com. RC4less will do everything we can to make you a satisfied customer. Any returns for credit must be made within 5 days from the received date. Shipping fees are not refundable with the exception of damaged merchandise or a shipment error by RC4less. No returns will be accepted without contacting us in advance via email. All original materials and manuals must be included with the return and the item must still be in its' original condition.

Fine Print (Bla,Bla,Bla...)
RC4less shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of products. Any warranty claims shall be the responsibility of the manufacturer. Purchase receipt or other proof of original purchase will be required by a manufacturer before warranty service is rendered by a manufacturer. Warranties only cover failures due to defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover failures due to defects which occurs in shipment or failures which are caused by products not supplied by RC4less, or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, faulty installation, normal wear & tear, modification or damage that is attributable to acts of God.
